Refund Policy

Ticket returns

Tickets returned after purchase before May will be reimbursed 75% of the cost.
Tickets returned after purchase May, June and July will receive 50% of the total cost returned.
Tickets returned after purchase within 1 week from departure day cannot be reimbursed.
Tickets can be transferred to another person or day providing there is space and a $6 transfer fee will be applied.

Refunding returns

If you are approved for your return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card  or original method of payment based on the ticket return's schedule, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
